Jonathan Gurney (Managing Director)

Jonathan  is an English Chartered Accountant and trained lawyer with more than 20 years’ of experience in senior positions in small to medium-sized Groups in Europe (CFO/managing director).

He has been heavily involved for several years in helping other SME’s establish themselves in Europe, and in particular in Germany, through his work with USA2Europe Ltd (now a part of Vistra).

This expertise is in great demand subsequent to Brexit, and is something that we can offer all our clients.  Jonathan has built up an extensive network of contacts who can ensure a client will be able to receive the services that they require.

Bettina Gurney (née Diehl)

Bettina manages day-to-day operations.

She comes originally from the hotel industry, having first trained at the Bayerische Hof (Lindau) – one of the foremost hotel chains in Germany. She has since worked for many years in large industrial concerns, as a senior saleswoman at SCA, Modo Paper and others, before managing a company in lighting manufacture (with production in China).

Subsequently, she returned to her old passion of hoteliery and opened an exclusive Schlosshotel.  It is here she met Jonathan, and together they developed the business model and incorporated the company Ars Vivendi Enterprises.

Customer service and client satisfaction are her number 1 priorities, and the operation of the Ars Vivendi Business Center is very much a hallmark of these passions.
